Full Click Terms

Terms of use

The terms for this website.

What you can expect from the free tools and the free plan, what they are not, and what governs the work if you hire me. Written in plain words on purpose.

Who this is between

“I”, “me” and “Full Click” mean Full Click, run by Henos Adhana in Seattle, Washington. “You” means the person or business using this website. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

The free tools

The website grader and the AEO checker read a public page and apply fixed rules. They are a starting point, not an audit, and they can miss things a person would see. Scores change when a page changes. You may run them on any public page, including a competitor’s, but you may not use them to overload a site, to copy its contents, or to break the law.

The tools say honestly what they are. Some sites refuse them. That is the site’s choice and not a fault in the site.

The free plan

The free plan is a written report built from public data: search figures, a results page, your own page and your competitors’ pages, read on the date shown in it. It is free whether or not you hire me, and you may keep it and show it to anyone. It describes pages and searches; it does not describe or judge any business or its people.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing on this site, in a tool result or in a plan is legal, tax, financial or professional advice, and nothing here creates a lawyer-client or similar relationship. I build websites and Google listings. If you are a law firm, your own professional rules on advertising and client communication apply to your site, and you are responsible for following them. I do not write legal advice or promise outcomes in your name.

No promise of rankings

Nobody controls where Google, Bing, ChatGPT or any other service shows a business, and I do not promise a position, a number of calls or a result. What I promise is in writing in the agreement if you hire me: what I build, by when, and what you pay.

If you hire me

Paid work is governed by a written agreement that you sign before any work starts. It states the scope, the price, the payment terms, the seven-day first version and the return of the deposit if it is late, who owns what, and the responsibilities on each side. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.

Your words, your photos

Anything you send me stays yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos, reviews, credentials and wording you supply, and you approve every word before it goes live on a site I build for you.

This site’s contents

The pages, drawings, text and tools on this site are mine. You may read, link to and quote them with credit. You may not copy the tools or republish pages as your own. Real businesses named on this site, such as in the law firm websites article, are described from public checks on a stated date; the marks describe their pages, not the firms.

Privacy

What this site collects and what it does with it is in the privacy notice.

Limits of my responsibility

This site and its free tools are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that come from using this site or relying on a free tool or a free plan. For paid work, the limits are in the agreement.

Changes and law

I may change these terms; the date at the top moves when I do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute about this website is brought in the courts of King County, Washington.
